Welcome to train. By accessing our website, app, or facilities, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any train. service — including our website, mobile application, booking system, or physical facilities — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Membership & Access

Membership grants access to train. facilities and services as outlined in your selected membership tier. Access is personal and non-transferable.

Membership at train. is available to both independent personal trainers and individual clients. All members may book available time slots through the MarianaTek platform in accordance with posted scheduling and pricing.

Access to train. facilities is granted exclusively through the HybridAF app (powered by Facilikey) on your mobile device, verified by the door scanner at the entrance. Physical keys, fobs, or on-site codes are not issued. Members are responsible for maintaining access to their registered mobile device and app account.

Facility hours are 4:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily. The HybridAF app will deny entry outside of these hours and the door will not open. Access outside of posted hours is not available under any circumstances.

Membership and access is personal and non-transferable. Members may not share access credentials, allow tailgating, or grant entry to non-members. Each individual accessing the facility must hold an active membership or be an accompanied guest of an active member.

Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times while on the premises.

Members are expected to follow all facility rules communicated at the time of sign-up. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of membership at train.'s discretion.

3. Payments & Billing

By providing payment information, you authorize train. to charge your payment method for membership fees, class bookings, and any applicable fees. Recurring charges will occur on the schedule agreed at sign-up.

  • All fees are stated in USD and are subject to change with notice.

  • Failed payments may result in suspension of access.

  • Refund eligibility is governed by our cancellation policy below.

All membership fees are billed monthly on the anniversary of your start date. Pricing is as posted on the train. website at the time of sign-up.

Payment is accepted by credit or debit card only. train. is an unstaffed, appointment-only facility — there is no front desk or on-site payment option. All billing is handled exclusively online through your member account.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By enrolling, you authorize train. to charge your card on file for all recurring membership fees and any applicable late cancel or no-show fees. Your payment information is stored and managed by Stripe and is subject to their privacy policy.

In the event of a failed payment, access to train. facilities will be suspended immediately until the outstanding balance is resolved. No grace period is provided. Members can update their payment information and resolve failed payments through their member account portal.

train. does not charge signup fees, cancellation fees, or any fees beyond the monthly membership rate and the late cancel / no-show policy outlined above.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice per the terms of their membership agreement. Class bookings must be cancelled within the designated window to avoid a late-cancel fee.

Bookings may be cancelled at any time up to 75 minutes before the scheduled session start time at no charge. Cancellations made inside the 75-minute window, or failure to attend a scheduled session without cancelling, will result in a $10 late cancel /$20 no-show fee charged to the payment method on file.

Memberships may be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fee and no minimum notice required. Upon cancellation, access continues through the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused days or sessions remaining in a billing cycle.

Membership billing is monthly, charged on the anniversary of your start date each month.

5. Health, Safety & Liability

Physical training involves inherent risk. By using train. facilities, you acknowledge this risk and agree that you are participating voluntarily. You represent that you are physically capable of participating in fitness activities.

6. Personal Data

Your use of train. services involves the collection and processing of personal information, including health data, payment information, and usage data. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the train. website and app — including branding, programming, photography, and written content — is the property of train. and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify members of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Worcester County, Maryland, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
